Broker Compensation

  • At Easy Life Realty, we believe in empowering our brokers. Broker compensation, or the sharing of compensation between brokers, is not set by law nor fixed, controlled, recommended, or suggested by the Association of REALTORS®, MLS, or any listing service. It is fully negotiable, and brokers independently determine their fees, giving you the control over your compensation.

Cooperating Texas Brokers

  • Easy Life Realty does not offer or allow subagencies for cooperating brokers working with buyers; all cooperating brokers must have a Buyer Agency when attempting to procure Easy Life Realty listings.
  • The information on this page is presented in good faith. However, cooperating brokers and agents must verify the information and obtain a signed Agreement Between Brokers at the time of the offer.
  • The information on this page will not create or amend any broker agreement.
