Chad Billings

I grew up in a small town, called Dallas Texas. I was raised in a large family with six sisters and a brother. My parents were very loving, and always pushed us to follow our dreams. Being the adventurous one of the bunch, once I finished college, I decided to move to the beach. I started my first company in my early 20’s, with $50 that I placed an ad in the Local Daily Times called, “Husbands for Rent”. Two years later, I started getting into larger handyman jobs and commercial finish outs, so I took it to the next level and opened up a construction company, and started building homes. After 10 years of being a Contractor/Builder, I felt like I was about to lose my hair. I figured I had sold everything to a home, so why not just sell the whole, gosh darn thing and decided to get into Real Estate. Ten years later, being a top producer every year, I’ve built multiple Real Estate teams, as well as being on the Leadership Committee and Growth Committee, and found my passion in Real Estate. My number one rule is always “what is in the best interest of my clients”. The knowledge I’ve gained from my construction background and home building, has allowed me to bring great expertise, all the way from first-time homebuyers to investors. Outside of Real Estate, I love to surf, paddleboard, kayak, go rock climbing, cycling, hiking, camping, pretty much anything that’s adventurous I can get myself into outdoors. I moved to Denison in 2023 from McKinney with my sweet, beautiful, amazing girlfriend, and our kids, so we can live the lake life and enjoy all of the outdoor beauty that Lake Texoma has to offer.
