complex construction projects, emphasizing production, safety, budget performance,
procurement, and, most importantly, client communication.

In addition to my commercial construction background, I possess over seven years of hands-on
experience in real estate, residential construction, rental management, and rehabilitation. From
property improvements to full-scale renovations, buying and selling, I have cultivated a keen eye for
value, functionality, and long-term investment potential.
