Rick Eddy

Let me introduce myself. My name is Rick Eddy and I was born and raised a Texan. I have been blessed to marry my best friend Marcia and we have been together for 40 years and I’ve raised three amazing daughters . Prior to entering the real estate profession, I spent 43 years as an executive with AT&T. During those years we owned 10 different houses mainly due to corporate moves and I dealt with commercial real estate transactions and contracts in numerous locations throughout the US. As a result, my extensive experience in commercial real estate contracts as well as the many personal moves have given me a real life example of what clients go through when making one of the most important decisions in their life. I am sensitive to the emotional impact of selling or buying a new home has on your entire family or moving your employees to a new facility or location. We are a house divided yet united as we have two Aggies and one Longhorn. Our oldest is a Longhorn and a Senior attorney for MGM properties in Las Vegas. Our middle daughter was a collegiate pitcher and graduated from Texas A&M who now owns a children’s clothing boutique. Our youngest has rodeoed all of her life and competed for Texas A&M and works in the financial industry.
